mountain counties of central Colorado. |

Ken Stone is both the inspector and the owner
of the company. Ken was raised primarily in Wyoming, but spent a couple
years in elementary school in Parachute, Colorado and another couple
years as a teenager in Craig, Colorado before spending five years attending
Colorado State University. Looking for a community in which to raise
a family and being avid outdoor enthusiasts (rafting, skiing, mountain
biking, and hiking) led Ken, his wife Annette and their twin boys to
settle in Summit County Colorado. In his spare time Ken works as an
adaptive ski instructor with the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center,
a white water rafting guide, and also is involved as a volunteer in
highway beautification projects through the Adopt-a-Highway Program
sponsored by the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Ken has over 20 years of experience in
construction, engineering and building trades. He is a 1985 Graduate
of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Industrial Construction Management and obtained an Arizona Real
Estate License while working in land development in Arizona in 1987. |
His professional experience includes working
as a Construction Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator, Home Improvement
Contractor and Inspector. He has hands on experience in a number of
different building trades including: Roofer, Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter,
Drywaller and Painter. As well as working in Colorado, Ken has had inspection
experience in Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Nevada and Florida.
This combination of academics, professional
and practical experiences have provided the background that makes Ken
an effective and outstanding Home Inspector.
